Zoe Saldana was an American actress, dancer, and model who rose to fame due to her parts in movies such as Pirates of the Caribbean. Avatar, The Curse of the Black Pearl Star Trek Star Trek Into Darkness and Avatar. Saldana, who was a ballet teacher and dancer started out as a theatre actor. After appearing in various shows with FACES, and New York Youth theater group and then making her big screen debut as Center Stage. Saldana continues to enjoy great success, with an impressive list of highest worldwide grossing films. What makes her stand out over the other actors of her generation is her flexibility. Saldana is not a one-genre actress. She has played in movies of all genres including sci-fi to romance and from action to drama comedy. The intense concentration she has as well as the determination of her mind has allowed her to take on many characters. Zoe Saldana not only is an incredibly talented actress, but she's also a intelligent businesswoman. She is the owner of several restaurants and has her own perfume along with a vodka and clothing line.
